Hey!

I am totally new to this. But i found that if you click on RJ1173 under authors on the right... it will bring you to this page but on the right there will be a place for pictures. If you made it to this page you will see some happy roo's on the right. SO when i post pictures you can view them there!! If anyone has used blogs before and knows anything cool i could do- let me know.

ALSO- you cant comment i dont think unless you have a blog. but it takes .11 seconds. so... if you create a name- then you can comment!

I have decided to create a travel blog for my upcoming adventures in Australia since not everyone has facebook. As many of you know this is quite the step as I don't often don't openly share information about my life. But I will do my best to keep in contact with people back at home, post pictures, videos and find out how you are all doing.

I am heading out to Australia on July 15 from New Jersey, first stopping in LAX. It is from there that I will be flying into Auckland, NZ and then to Sydney, AUS. I am going to Australia with 33 other students from the United States. I will be attending Wesley Institute which is located in Drummoyne, a suburb outside of Sydney. I will be staying in a different suburb living with a family called the Pemberton's who have three children, 24f, 18m, 12f and mice, dogs, cats and lizards! I am living with one other female from the program who is from Washington. During my semester I am taking classes in photography, arts/culture, indigenous cultures and the New Testament.

I am excited but extremely nervous. So please remember to keep me in your prayers as I prepare to leave and am headed into a new adventure with exciting challenges. I will attempt to update this as much as possible. While in Australia, I will not have my cell phone. It's true.
